6 Things Men Should Do Everyday

Because at this stage you're probably wondering man what else can I do to live a healthier happier and just better overall life. And I am so glad you asked that, because that is exactly what we are going to be talking about today. Today I am going to tell you 5 things all men should be doing on a daily basis. So let's hop into it.

1. You should take more breaks
Yeah, I am a grinder and I'm not telling you to stop grinding. But this isn't talking about laziness, ironically taking breaks actually makes you more productive. Basically after a prolonged period of the same test, sensory stimulation stops responding and that is when you start making mistakes and you start zoning out. However taking short 5 minute breaks gives your mind a quick breather to make sure you are performing at your optimum level.
2. Start your morning with some protein
As my breakfast usually consists of toast, eggs, some sort of fruit banana or apple, it's usually pretty big nice and substantial and this is because after a full night's of rest or sleep your body is in a catabolic state and if your breakfast is packed with enough protein it begins to resupply the nutrients your body's going to need for that day. It also helps regulate blood sugar and control appetite throughout the day, so you're not always constantly snacking.
3. Do at least one active thing every day
Go to the club, go to the gym, go biking, go hiking, travel, work out. Whatever it is do something active every single day that is going to get you outside your comfort zone and get your blood pumping. Plus a guy with the undergo always doing something exciting lifestyle is super attractive. Girls will literally glue themselves on to you, because they want to be part of that fun lifestyle and share it with you.
4. You want to dress well every single day
You never want to get caught with a horrible outfit. Because wearing clothes that makes you look good, makes you feel good and because you never know if you will run into the love of your life, that is all I want for you.
5. Do every single day start your day with an alarm
See a routine is good for the body in mind. It makes you feel in control and like you have a grasp on the day. A good way to set up your mind and body for a dedicated plan that you set is to wake up every single morning at the same time. For me my day starts around 5:30 a.m. If I sleep any more than that I start feeling sluggish I feel out of whack like everything's just not in its place.
6. You have to make time for your family and friends every day
A Harvard expert identified this as being one of the largest sources of happiness and a man's life. believe it or not being connected is worth more than you think. So work as hard as you can, but always every day make some time for your family and friends.
